All the way back on April 16, the Mariners acquired right-handed pitcher Riley O'Brien fr om the Reds for a player to be named Justin Verlander Jersey  later or cash considerations. As it turns out, Cincinnati has opted for the former, receiving prospect Luis Chevalier in return for O'Brien.Chevalier signed a minor league contract with the Mariners back in 2018 and most recently played in the Arizona Complex League last season.
